Aimed at professionals or amateurs in both the photographic and gastronomic fields who want to create their images for their own business or as professional promotion and dissemination on social networks or the web. Let me know what resources we have in each case (photo studio or own spaces) and what materials we will need at least to make the images (cameras, optics, mobile phone, background, props, etc.) Interesting own material to bring to the workshop: – Camera and optics – Tripod – Camera flash – Any product or food that can be interesting to work with during the workshop and that is easy to handle Type of photograph to be treated: – White studio background and darkfood – Ambient artificially or in spaces available in the workplace – In exteriors – By microstock
Contents

1. Theory (1.5h)
– Types of food photography and most common applications
– Materials needed in studio, professional and outdoor spaces
– Technical and creative aspects of a food photography session

2. Practice(2.5h)
– Collective photo session on the set of Norai and outside
– Lighting and composition of different scenes with the students’ material
– Editing images collectively with Camera Raw and Adobe Photoshop
– How to promote images on social networks and other options such as microstock

Booking conditions
The price of the workshop is paid in advance and formalizes the reservation of your place. You can cancel your reservation at any time. For cancellations up to 20 days in advance, the entire amount will be refunded. For cancellations between 20 and 5 days in advance, 50% of the total amount will be refunded. For cancellations less than 5 days in advance, the amount will not be returned. The realization of the workshop is subject to a minimum of 2 registrations. If the minimum is not reached, an alternative date will be sought among those registered or the entire amount will be returned.

Taught by
Albert Chust
Independent photographer since 1992, specialized in advertising and industrial photography in the fields of business, gastronomy, studio, portrait, interior design, etc.
 
He has his own studio in Barcelona and has combined his work as a photographer with teaching at the CITM, in Terrassa (Centre de la Imatge i la Tecnologia Multimedia) and specialization courses at the 'INSPAI (Diputació de Girona) and ERAM (Salt).
