Thank you for your interest in the Norai Espai Creatiu online store | Coworking. This document sets out the conditions under which the use of this website is regulated. The rules apply, on the one hand, to KOFFEE Comunicació SLU, sole proprietorship limited liability company with CIF: B09828195, registered in the Mercantile Registry of Barcelona in Volume 48289, Folio 139, Sheet B-578937, 1st and, of otherwise, to the person/s who purchase any product through our website.

KOFFEE Comunicació SLU reserves the right to review and modify these conditions at any time, so the buyer must always read them before placing the order.

Orders

All orders presuppose the acceptance of the prices and the description of the products. Product orders are subject to availability and, in this sense, if the requested product is not in stock or available, Norai Espai Creatiu | Coworking will inform you as soon as possible and the buyer will be given the possibility to modify the order or cancel it and request the return of the entire amount paid.

To place an order, the buyer must use the payment methods available in the Norai Espai Creatiu online store | Coworking. Once the purchase is complete, the buyer will receive an email confirming receipt of the order.

Norai Creative Space | Coworking reserves the right to cancel any order if any anomaly is observed in the completion of the order or if the information provided by the buyer has not been filled in correctly.

Prices and payment

All prices indicated on this website are in euros and include VAT, if applicable.

Prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping charges will be added to the total cost of the order, depending on the item and the place of delivery. They are calculated automatically in our online store. You can read more about our shipping costs below.

If the purchase is made through espainorai.cat, all orders must be paid exclusively in euros and using the payment methods available in the online store : Credit/debit card, Paypal or Bank Transfer.

Shipments and deliveries

We ship to the following European Union countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Slovenia, Spain, France, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland and Portugal.

The shipment will be made with the most suitable transport company for each destination. A signature is required to receive our shipments, so you must ensure receipt in person.

We are a small business, so Norai Espai Creatiu | Coworking and the artists, artisans and creators with whom we collaborate produce on demand and once payment is made. Therefore, please note that shipping times may vary by product and time of year.

All orders are usually shipped within 5-7 business days.

Norai Creative Space | Coworking is not responsible for any delays resulting from an incorrect address, holiday periods or incidents beyond our control.

Shipping costs

The system will automatically calculate the shipping cost based on the volume, weight and destination of the purchased products.

Examples of rates:

Spain: €6 – €14

European Union: €13 – €20

Rest of Europe and United States: €18 – €30

Rest of the World: €25 – €30

Please note that customs duties and taxes for overseas orders are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns

If, for any reason, the customer is not satisfied with a product purchased directly from Norai Espai Creatiu | Coworking, the purchase can be exchanged or returned. However, specially produced items are not returnable.

To return or exchange an item, please email us with your order number, details of the item to be returned and the reason for the return. The customer must inform Norai Espai Creatiu | Coworking within 7 days, from the receipt of the order, your intention to return the item. From the return confirmation, the package should be sent within 14 more days. All shipping costs, customs and taxes are to be paid by the customer.

All returned items must arrive unused and in the original packaging. Once items are received, a full refund (shipping charges are non-refundable) will be issued within 30 days.

If any item arrives damaged or damaged, please notify us immediately at botiga@espainorai.cat. We will do everything we can to resolve the situation as soon as possible.

The customer must only accept packages without visible signs of wear. If the customer chooses to accept visibly damaged items, this must be noted on the delivery form next to their signature. If it is found that the product has been affected, the customer must send us an email immediately, attaching photographs of both the packaging and its contents. All original packaging must also be retained.

The client must inform Norai Espai Creatiu | Coworking within 7 days of your intention to return the item. From then on, the package must be sent within another 14 days.
